When you arrive at Maple Business Center (Wellington Ln N), drive toward the left side of the building — that's where Suite U is located.
All bookings use keypad entry. Your unique access code will be sent to you before your session, letting you enter the studio at your scheduled time.
You are welcome to arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Please be mindful of guests still using the space and remain in the lobby until your reserved time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes ahead of schedule, the card on file will be charged the overtime fee.
Ample parking is located just outside the studio. Please do not park in the reserved parking spots.
The studio is accessible by wheelchair and other forms of mobility assistance. The bathroom is also ADA compliant.
Your reservation includes the use of all furniture, props and accessories, rolling backdrops, tripods, and lighting in our current inventory. You are welcome to bring in props that enhance your shoot.
The studio is equipped with WiFi and SONOS sound speakers. Please help yourself to complimentary water, soda, coffee, or a snack.
Please note: the photography scenes on our site are examples and serve as inspiration — they are not pre-set. All props and backdrops shown are available as part of your reservation, but we give photographers full creative control.
At 2,040 total square feet, the studio is divided into four separate rooms: Lobby, Podcast Room, Self Portrait Studio, and the Open Studio space. The variety of rooms allows more props and a wider range of backgrounds for your content.
The studio is a blank canvas for you to create your magic. The photography scenes you see on the site serve as inspiration — they are not pre-set. All props and backdrops are available as part of your reservation. We want photographers to have full creative control.
There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By completing your booking you acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your session. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs. This is for everyone's protection.
There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
Yes — all start and end times include setup and breakdown time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full additional hour.
Early arrivals (such as production, hair, or makeup artists) will be let in a maximum of 10 minutes early. We schedule our staff and cleaning times to accommodate only the hours your booking is scheduled for. Please book accordingly to avoid extra charges.
We love pet photography! Your furbabies are welcome in the space. We ask that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair, and that you assume responsibility for returning the studio to its original condition.
Please note: the card on file will be automatically charged $500 for excessive pet hair on furniture or pet messes left in the studio. Pets should remain on a leash or in a crate at all times.
You're welcome to bring food and drinks into the space. Please be mindful of the furniture, props, and backdrops — a cleaning fee will be applied to any stained upholstery or damaged amenities.
For guests 21 and older, please follow Minnesota alcohol guidelines and consume responsibly. All food and drinks must remain inside the studio.
